The tragedy of pet eviction has been documented by many people over the years since the United States experience an unprecedented level of job loss and foreclosure. The reprehensible practice of abandoning pets in abandoned homes is still alive, but there are people and groups who can help Realtors that meet these unfortunate animals to help them reach a safe place and care.

During the inspection of crime, check out the house for signs of occupancy for pets. Look in the windows, making noise, and hear barking or meowing, which could indicate the presence of an animal. Check with neighbors to see if the former owners or occupants of the house had pets.

The first thing we must keep in mind when they find a pet predatory animal is hungry, dehydrated, territorial or even aggressive.
